I have been working in childcare for 18months and have completed my certificate 3 in childhood education and care. I am currently studying my diploma and am looking to start studying primary teaching next year. I love working with children and have two nephews of my own I regularly look after. I love watching children grow and learn and am proud to have a small impact on their educational development in their early years.

Since graduating from St. Joseph’s Catholic College in 2018, I completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while working full-time in a preschool. I’ve since continued working there part-time and casually, supporting young children’s learning and development. I’ve also worked as a nanny and spent 10 weeks in the U.S. as a camp counsellor, supporting girls aged 5–15. Last year, I completed a four-week primary school placement in a Year 2 class, gaining hands-on experience in classroom routines, supporting individual needs, and building strong relationships with students. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Education and recently returned from a year at Stockholm University, which gave me a broader understanding of international education. I’m confident, adaptable, and proactive, and I enjoy working as part of a team to support students’ learning and wellbeing.
