I’m currently an Au Pair caring for three children (ages 1, 5, and 8) about 20–25 hours per week, so I have plenty of time! I grew up with two siblings and helped raise my two little cousins, so I’ve been around children my whole life. I studied Human Sciences in high school, focusing on pedagogy, psychology, and education. Over the years I’ve gained hands-on experience in different settings: working in a kindergarten (ages 3–5), assisting children from immigrant families while their parents handled documents, supporting children in a foster home, and participating in an inclusive theatre project with people of all ages and abilities. I’m a mother of one beautiful 11 year old and recently left the corporate world. However before the corporate world I was a full time nanny over the course of 5 years or more.
