Meet Poppy: A nanny and babysitter in Waurn Ponds, VIC

Hi, I’m Poppy!

I’m 19 and have 4.5 years of experience working with kids. This includes coaching gymnastics for ages 4 to 16, as well as working as an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) educator, where I grew my skills and eventually stepped up as coordinator. In 2024, I took a gap year and spent three months overseas with my partner, and I’m now back and studying full-time for a Bachelor of Marine Science.

Since my trimester 2 schedule is still being finalised (I’ll know more by mid-June), I’m flexible and happy to chat about availability. I love coming up with fun, creative activities, getting kids outside and active, and making sure everyone feels safe and supported.

I’m originally from Bendigo, and looking for ongoing babysitting work and would love to help out were needed
